On my journey to becoming a head coach, I went through all sorts of stages. I’ve tried various diets and followed false leads. However, along the way, I’ve acquired substantial knowledge and learned a lot. For me, science is just that: curiosity paired with the courage to stumble, to get back up and to realign oneself.
Above all, never stop learning. Especially when it comes to nutrition, there are always new and exciting insights. It is an ongoing process that I accompany with passion.

I didn’t have a particular flagship sport for a long time; I tried my hand at swimming, gymnastics, and eventually settled on beach volleyball. After completing my sports studies, I discovered CrossFit and fell head over heels for it. With the help of my Master’s degree in Sports and Nutrition, I was able to optimize my own nutrition and now I want to share my knowledge with others – think carbs, carbs, carbs. My main areas of focus are sports nutrition and the determination of anthropometric data.

Already during my biochemistry studies, my fascination for all the many processes in the human body, which mesh perfectly like small cogs, arose. A balanced diet is one of the most important foundations for a functioning body. It’s like a rocket, without the right fuel it will never take off. And yet it is a very individual “fuel” for each person. Finding this fuel is incredibly exciting, very instructive every time and is what nutritional counseling is all about for me.
